See what happens day by day at the festival.

For two days we will live in a world filled by street photography.
We have put together a line of presenters that will cover all aspects of inspiration and personal growth. This year we have spiced it up with more internationally well-known street photographers. We present what will happen these days with great pride. Don’t forget that you are also a very important part of the experience. In addition to the lectures there will be ongoing mingling, networking and exhibitions. You can visit the exhibition by showing your festival pass. If you have not obtained a pass, the entrance fee is SEK 50.

Over the course of an hour, six street photographers show 20 photos each and talk about them. Each image is displayed for exactly 20 seconds. This requires quite a lot from both the photographer and the audience. The photographers who will be on stage are; Tobias Gustavsson, Julia Reinhart, Lena Weilandt, Isak Gudnason, Todd Visser and Annahita Holmberg.

The Festival location

Vega Brewery on Ringön – it doesn’t get more street than this.
Address: Manufakturgatan 2, Ringön, Gothenburg.

The location for the festival is chosen with great care. Vega Brewery is located right by the river, neighbor with the new bridge, the Hisingsbron. You will become aware that this is a place that breathes street photography, from the moment you approach until you are inside the doors. Foods and drinks are available. The beer of this micro brewery is definitely part of the experience. The bar and the kitchen are constructed from an old remodeled shipping container. The beer is poured from taps installed in recycled lockers from an old changing room.
Getting there is as easy as it gets. Cycling is of course excellent, or you can take tram number 5, 6, 10 or 13 to stop Frihamnen. Walking from the central station over the new Hising’s Bridge takes about 20 minutes.

And of course you will be able to get back as well. This is what it says on Vega’s homepage:

How do you get home?
Swim (350 meters to Gullbergskaj).
Bus 47
Taxi
Hook arms and walk back to town in a group.
Knock on the door on one of the cool house boats.
